Optional local business toolkit
Make It Easy to Leave an Honest Review
Help real customers share their experience. Start with one tested review link and a neutral request that welcomes every rating.
Before you start: Get the owner's permission, accurate business details, and access to the profile or website you will change.
These are drafts and instructions. This page does not publish, send messages, or change accounts. Replace remaining brackets, check every claim, and get approval before use. Never paste passwords, customer records, or payment details into AI tools.
This is an optional service idea. Finish the main guide's practice build before adding more services. No toolkit guarantees rankings, clients, or income.

These public business details replace matching placeholders. Other brackets still need verified facts.
Saved on this device, so it carries across all your kits. Brackets like [FIRST NAME] or [OFFER] stay put on purpose. Those change every time you send.
1. Get and test the real review link
- Open the owner's verified Google Business Profile and find its review-request link or QR feature.
- Copy the link. Open it on another device and confirm the correct business appears. A reviewer needs a Google account.
- Use the same invitation for eligible customers regardless of their satisfaction. Never route only happy customers to Google.
Read Google's review guidance and review policies. No incentives, pressured reviews, or selective positive requests.
Your printable review card
Print this and leave it at the counter, in the truck, or hand it over at the end of a job. A tested QR code gives customers a direct way to leave honest feedback.
Use a public HTTPS review link without login information. Ask for honest feedback from all eligible customers. It saves automatically.
2. Choose one appropriate invitation
Check permission and channel requirements before sending. SMS may need sender registration and incurs per-segment charges. A customer's phone number alone is not permission for automated marketing.

If you'd like to share your experience, you can use our Google review link or QR card whenever convenient. Honest feedback is welcome. There's no need to do it now. If they ask for a text, confirm the number and permission for that message. Do not pressure them to review on the premises or ask for specific stars, words, or a staff name.
3. Use a respectful follow-up routine
Record the customer, permitted channel, send date, and opt-out status. An example is one invitation after completed service and one reminder several days later, only if appropriate. Stop on opt-out or after feedback; avoid duplicate workflow sends. Do not filter invitations by predicted rating or require a fixed review quota.
4. Review public replies before posting
Reply thoughtfully where useful. The owner must approve actual facts and actions. A public reply is not a place for private customer records.

Draft a short, professional public reply to the actual review I paste below. BUSINESS: [paste your business name and what you do] ACTUAL REVIEW: [paste the review, without private customer details] APPROVED SUPPORT CONTACT: [insert public support route] CONFIRMED FACTS / APPROVED ACTIONS: [insert facts, or say unknown] Acknowledge the feedback without arguing. Do not invent what happened, promise a refund or repair, expose private details, or ask them to remove/change their review. If information is missing, flag it for the owner. For a concern, offer the approved support route while leaving their review choice untouched. Give a draft under 60 words and a separate facts-to-check list.

Write five neutral review-request drafts for real customers. BUSINESS: [paste your business name, what you do, and your city] Ask for honest feedback regardless of satisfaction. Do not request five stars, particular wording, or offer incentives. Keep each draft short with [YOUR REVIEW LINK] and [APPROVED OPT-OUT WORDING]. Do not claim any character count guarantees one SMS: encoding, links, and message length affect segments and charges. Include no invented job details or results. These are drafts for owner and channel review, not messages to send automatically.

Use ChatGPT or another AI tool for the draft, then check every field. Test the request, opt-out, duplicate prevention, and QR scan before delivery. Track actual requests, reviews, and costs; do not promise a star rating or a ranking change.
Considering software for the routine?
HighLevel can help manage connected profiles and configured workflows. Check the exact features, optional products, usage charges, and approval requirements in your account. Connect, test, and monitor each function; importing a template does not activate it.
