Account and saved work

When account saving is configured, Supabase handles email-link sign-in and stores your account email, sign-in session, and the results you choose to save. Saved results can contain prospect lists, business details, message drafts, and onboarding notes. Login emails use the configured authentication email service. We use this information to run your account and provide saved work. We do not sell your personal information.

Work kept on this browser

Business profiles, guide checklists, snapshot self-confirmation, pending save drafts, and the sign-in session can be stored on this device. A pending draft is kept until its account save succeeds or you explicitly reset an unreadable draft. Calculators, website prompt drafts, and the editable results report are produced in your browser. Signing out does not erase local drafts, profiles, or checklists.

AI generation and prospect searches

When you request generated scripts, strategy advice, name ideas, or an AI rewrite of onboarding messages, the selected tool sends its fields to our server. These can include business or prospect names, niche, area, pain points, objection text, agency name, client details, and booking or review links. When live AI is enabled, the fields used in the prompt are sent to the configured AI provider, currently Anthropic. If live AI is unavailable, a template may be returned. Do not enter passwords, private access links, payment details, or information you are not authorized to share.

Prospect searches send your industry and city query through our server to Apify to retrieve public Google Maps business listings. Results can include names, addresses, telephone numbers, websites, ratings, review counts, and any available public email. Public listing data still needs verification before use.

Usage and technical information

When usage logging is configured, we record tool name, request category, result source, run time, and your verified account ID when available. For prospect searches, the category can include the industry searched. These usage records support the site's administrative dashboard; the usage logger does not store the full submitted draft. Hosting and service providers process requests needed to deliver the site. The server also uses the request address for temporary abuse controls.

External QR images, videos, and links

The printable review card requests a QR image from api.qrserver.com. Your public review URL is included in that image request and is therefore received by the QR provider. Use a public review link without login credentials. An embedded YouTube video can send browser request information to YouTube when loaded.

Links to HighLevel, Skool, ChatGPT, and other sites open services with their own terms and privacy practices. Affiliate destinations may use their own tracking. If you copy a draft into another AI service or application, that service receives the content you paste.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can use the preparation tools without signing in. You can copy or export your results and delete individual account items from Saved work. To remove local drafts, profiles, checklists, and sessions, clear this site's browser data after keeping any copies you need. Deleting account items does not erase copies you exported or information already submitted to an external service.

For account deletion or other privacy requests, use the existing Freedom Launch Accelerator community support channel. Community access follows its current terms. Keep account and client details out of public posts.
