Optional local business toolkit

Help People Find Clear, Accurate Business Information

Start with real services, the right contact details, and a useful profile. Then improve your website if needed. These steps can make information clearer; no one can guarantee an AI recommendation.

Before you start: Get the owner's permission, accurate business details, and access to the profile or website you will change.

These are drafts and instructions. This page does not publish, send messages, or change accounts. Replace remaining brackets, check every claim, and get approval before use. Never paste passwords, customer records, or payment details into AI tools.

This is an optional service idea. Finish the main guide's practice build before adding more services. No toolkit guarantees rankings, clients, or income.

These public business details replace matching placeholders. Other brackets still need verified facts.

Optional walkthrough

Menus and offers in recordings may have changed. Use current provider instructions and the written verification steps below.

1. Record what is actually visible

Search the exact business name and check its website and profile. Note wrong facts, inaccessible pages, or missing customer answers. You may also record AI answer samples with the exact question, tool, date and browsing settings. Answers vary; an absent name does not establish a specific ranking defect.

2. Draft profile improvements

Enter the website, copy the prompt, and run it in an AI tool. If it cannot access the site, paste approved public facts. Confirm category names and current features in the actual owner account before changing anything.

Enter the website you are authorized to review. This page does not fetch or inspect it.

Your draft prompt
Help me draft accurate local business profile content.
MY WEBSITE: [paste your website address here]

If browsing is available, read the website and cite sources for business name, services, city/service area, public phone and hours. Otherwise ask me to paste the facts. Do not invent missing details. Suggest currently available Google Business Profile categories for me to verify, a description under 750 characters, and service descriptions based only on confirmed offerings. Give five real customer FAQs for the website; use profile Q&A only if currently available and permitted. Draft three posts without invented offers, ratings, licenses, prices or guarantees. Finish with facts-to-confirm and owner-approval steps. No promises of rankings or AI recommendations.

Check every draft, remove remaining unknowns, get the owner's approval, and inspect the public profile after accepted updates.

3. Add useful website content if needed

Structured data means code describing verified business facts. It is optional technical work requiring testing, not a switch that guarantees visibility. Ask your website maintainer to review and validate it.

Enter the website you are authorized to review. This page does not fetch or inspect it.

Your draft prompt
Plan accurate website content and structured data.
MY WEBSITE: [paste your website address here]

Say which pages you accessed and ask for pasted content if unavailable. Draft a plain description of actual services and service areas plus customer FAQs based only on supplied facts. Suggest appropriate LocalBusiness structured data with clearly marked unknown placeholders. Label it a draft requiring current schema validation and developer review; do not claim code is valid or already installed. Do not invent a public address for a service-area business or add fabricated reviews/ratings. Provide a relevant listings checklist with ownership, verification, fee and eligibility checks. Explain where the owner or website maintainer should inspect the public page and source. No guarantees of discovery, recrawl timing or ranking.

4. Maintain and measure

Review changed hours and service details, request honest reviews appropriately, and publish accurate approved updates. HighLevel can support connected features, but listings, messaging and other optional services have their own configuration and charges. Inspect real inquiries and bookings separately from AI answer samples. There is no guaranteed recrawl period, recommendation, or ranking change.

Considering software for the routine?

HighLevel can help manage connected profiles and configured workflows. Check the exact features, optional products, usage charges, and approval requirements in your account. Connect, test, and monitor each function; importing a template does not activate it.
